Petunia

I realize that all my posts of late have been free patterns, but that’s where my mind is during the holidays. Crafting and creativity and fuzzy yarn/feelings.

I made a lovely cabled neckwarmer by request for a lady recently, and decided I wanted one for myself tonight after seeing this cabled tunisian scarf : (http://nikkiinstitches.wordpress.com/2010/03/09/tunisian-crochet-cabled-scarf/)

I decided to do mine in tunisian as well so I could practice cables in tunisian. I took the good advice to do yarn overs in between cables that nikki in stitches mentions on the above link. It works well to space out your cables.

I’m sure I’ll keep up on the free patterns, and don’t forget to check out my other blog, cloverchild.wordpress .com for additional patterns and ideas! 🙂
