Megan’s Hat

So, I’m still making Christmas presents>.< I was quite behind this year!

Today I whipped up a hat for my friend Megan..still need to do her husband Mark’s hat!

I really like how this came out! I’m gonna make myself one and play around with the post stitches some more.  See how much I can get them to twist! If  I get the patience I’ll probably do this in a blanket too.

And because of the K hook this works up really fast! hooray!

K hook

H hook

WW yarn-I used some hot pink red heart

With k, 10 dc into magic loop.

Round 1: Ch 2, 2 dc in each st around. Join to first dc. 20 sts

Round 2: ch 2, dc in first st, *2 dc in next st, fpdc around next* around. 30 sts
